"Canada Post" is the official Canadian mail delivery service. Your mail is delivered daily to a mailbox that corresponds to your apartment number.
To insure correct delivery of your mail, it must be properly addressed with the building and street number, your apartment number and the correct postal code.
Your mailbox is under the sole jurisdiction of Canada Post, who are the only agents authorized to access your box, apart from mail-collection access you have with your mailbox key.
LaCité cannot be responsible for forwarding your mail after you have moved out of your apartment. You will need to obtain and fill out a change-of-address card at Canada Post in the Promenade, which is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
